Bone Broth

Meet La Huesera, the Bone Woman, as we create a bone broth that will nourish you to the bones. We make sure to use cartilage rich bones and skin so that our broth is rich in collagen, an essential amino acid that rebuilds the body post work-out. This is the broth that we use in our bone broth kale chips, making them an excellent snack for those seeking post-workout nutrition. 

 

Energizing, Nutrient-Dense Chocolate Drink

Round these parts we like to start our day off with a nutrient packed chocolate drink! Theobromine, the main active component in Cacao, is a vasodilator and helps open the body to receive anything else that is eaten with it. We add adrenal support herbs Burdock, Ashwagandha, Eleuthero, & Licorice to our drink to lend delicious support to our Adrenaline-producing glands. We supplement with a heaping spoon of coconut oil to help these herbs assimilate in to the body as well as give a silkiness to the shake. Lastly we pour in kosher gelatin to emulsify and soothe the intestinal lining. Can we say Win-Win-Win??? With delish & delight, our Chocolate Drink
